Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1 tsp salt

1 1/4 cup 2% milk
1 1/2 tbsp honey (slightly melted) *Add extra honey if desired for an even sweeter cornbread

    This sweet cornbread looks great! Thanks for reminding us that white cornmeal doesn't have as much corn flavor, so while we can substitute it, it won't be the same.
