Anyone else having this keep happen?

I’ve been getting texts & calls at all hours, even in the middle of the night, no matter how many times I try to opt out. Today it was 3:23am. I feel like I’m losing my marbles, talked to support today and they repeatedly brushed me off and kept transferring me. I just wanted them to stop harassing me but the only real response I got was “yes we send out promotional material, you can opt out” even though I HAVE opted out at least 20 times by now
