I hate throwing food away so I made a Thanksgiving Stew with all the left overs. Turkey, potatoes, stuffing, green beans casserole and veggies. Sorry for the pic quality. What do you make with your leftovers?

My step-mom puts all the ingredients in a pillsbury croissant (like pigs in a blanket.) She does it every year but this is the first time I’ve had them. So good. I highly recommend 🤌🏽🤌🏽

This looks so good. I’ve made thanksgiving spring rolls before, take a wonton wrapper, put some chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, (whatever you like basically) wrap in wonton, deep fry, use leftover gravy for dip.

I recently used the last bit of turkey for a turkey pot pie. It’s not intended to have stuffing in it, but I think it could totally work. All you need is some stock, milk, and herbs like rosemary, thyme or sage. Top it with a delicious puff pastry and it makes such a tasty turkey pot pie.

Pasta. Turkey, corn, green beans, potatoes, shells, tossed in a cream of mushroom sauce.
Going to casserole up the leftover leftovers with some cheese on top @350 next.
Only had the turkey leftovers though, the rest were from cans in the pantry. Hmm, maybe I’ll throw some uncooked stuffing in with the casserole to spread it out of I’ve got some.

Oooh, and I’ll tell you. My sister in law throws turkey in with cream cheese and jalapeños into Tacos she fries up. Bombskies.

I’m pretty predictable with my leftovers as I do the same thing every year. The first day of leftovers is another straight up plate with everything and/or sandwiches with all the fixings. Then I make turkey stock with the bones. From some of the stock I make creamy turkey and wild rice soup. I make turkey ala king over English muffins and stuffing croquettes for a breakfast. Turkey salad sandwiches for packed lunches. Then I freeze 2 portions of turkey as well as turkey stock that I will pull out next month when I am not tired of leftovers. One is destined for turkey tetrazzini, and one is for another round of soup.
