Hot Sweet & Sour Chicken served in cold, hollowed out pineapple
I know it’s technically on a plate but I have never seen hot Chinese food served this way.
Was still delicious just went cold quickly

Odd that they use a pineapple, or odd that they put sweet and sour chicken there (probably used pineapple as part of the sour part). But idk it still checks out. Pineapple fried rice is served similarly.
