Tabasco isn’t really a “hot” sauce, but its tasty at least.
I use a local Seattle guys hot sauce called Rude Boi for eggs. First ingredient is his Rude Boi pepper (reaper x scotch bonnet) so it has actual heat, but amazing flavor still

I used to put hot sauce on my eggs but I’m addicted to chilli crisp on them now like it’s crack. 😂
