Tzatziki | Recipe ⬇️

Ingredients:
– 2 cups unsweetened yogurt
– 1 cucumber, seeded and grated
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
-Juice of 1/2 lemon
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the vegan yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld together.

  2. The cucumber was too liquidy, we use a towel to completely dry it and greek yogurt thats more thick so that it looks less like a sauce and more like a spread
