One of you favorite things as a kid when we had company in the morning hours we would get Entenmann’s Cream Cheese Danish Pastry. Since I went keto I have been wanting a keto version and I finally figured it out. It is so soft, buttery and fluffy just like the way I remember it. And my version is only 1 Net carb for a decent size slice, 1/8th of the same non-keto pastry is 27g of carbs!!

I would say you could even make that in a 9×13 and it would be even fluffier because you wouldn't have to bake it as long. Happy keto baking!!!

I made this today and it turned out very good. I'm glad that it made 3 Danishes – we're having one now and the other 2 are frozen for Christmas desserts. I didn't have unflavored whey so I used vanilla muscletech. It worked out pretty good with a nearly undetectable "protein" flavor (you know what I mean?)
I used Philadelphia cream cheese and my mixture was extremely runny/liquidy. I had to dig little troughs in the batter, in order for the cream cheese to not spill all over, even though it kind of did anyway.
I was also lazy and didn't do the drizzle bc I used the rest of my sweetener (erythritol/allulose mix) on the recipe. But imo it's perfectly good without.

Hello friend! Back again because I happened upon a recipe for keto "sweet potato" casserole using cauliflower and pumpkin. I think it was a keto chow recipe. I used your crumble as the topping along with some chopped walnuts (didn't have pecans). It's sooo yummy and filling 😍😍

Learned 2 things….
1: use less sweetener (I’m a savory kind of gal and this is a LOT of sweet for me… so I have a question… is the sweetener volume important to the sponge and crumble?
2: at 350F convection it’s over baked at 23 minutes so I need to bake for 18 minutes or thereabouts…
Can't eat oat fiber, what do you suggest?

Ok I made this. Did not have unflavored whey, used my creamy vanilla aboutime whey, no extract, 1 tsp of Xantham. Did not use crumble (didn’t have brown sugar sub) and no icing. I think I overlooked it. My trays are heavy steel. I had to move to upper shelf after 13 minutes, and pulled out four mins later, It was a smidge dense and tasted a smidge eggy when hot… but our eggs were extra large. On cooling it was delicious… didn’t need extra stuff. I cut each piece into 2 triangles (so 36 pieces). Then I had three. Thank you!
