My last box came with a packet of ground pork that looks a lot whiter than usual. I don’t have much experience with ground pork before hello fresh so I can’t tell if this is still safe to use or if I should get this refunded. What do you think?

It’s most likely fine. If you’re concerned about it, open the package and spread it out on a plate, or in a bowl. Vacuum sealed pork and turkey can look really weird sometimes, but it’s totally safe to eat.
I’ve seen someone complain here before, it just means the pork is extra fatty and low quality
I know, it freaked me out! And this looks way worse than what I got 6-7 months ago. Yuck.
I do love ground pork though, I never really used it before meal kits but now I prefer it over ground beef for 95% of the meals
I ended up eating it. Tasted fine!
