I soak a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol and run it around the rim of my Instant Pot to clean it after each use.
I followed the basics of your white chili recipe but decided to take a short cut and used a a cream of chicken/mushroom soup instead of the cream and sour cream. It turned out great! Thanks Tawra!
