Ive been tried several batches with cairnspring mills, and it’s been a total crapshoot for me. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, it always tastes bad. How did yours come out? Any pointers when using this flour? I usually use King Arthur Sir Lancelot or Sir Galahd and never have a problem.
