  1. Okay, let me start by saying that I have a highly evolved sense of humor. Then add to that the fact that I have a daughter that I sent to college for a 5 year degree in Theater. I think they call it a Bachelor of Fine Arts. The "Fine" part results from the fact that it takes 5 years instead of 4 years to get the "Bachelor" part. Having said those things and after being force to acknowledge that, after over 20 years later, she is a Barista in a coffee shop, I have to admit that that crack about paying the Art Major for the pizza was one of the funniest things that has ever made me cry into my whiskey on the rocks. Well done, sir!

  2. Crazy I just watched goodfellas for the first time last night. Otherwise I wouldn’t have understood that reference

  3. This might be blasphemy, but I just tossed a bit of instant mash instead of mashing my beautiful lumps.

  4. Love your recipes. This time I have a big ham joint which I will simmer until every scintilla of flavor is wrung out into my broth. I will then add my veggies and simmer until soft. In goes a quart of chicken broth then a Tbsp. of corn starch in a 1/4 Cup of cold water or even better drop biscuit dough into the bubbling soup and cover (NO PEEKING) for 20 minutes.

  5. Made this yesterday had all the ingredients and the result were fantastic. My son and I finished it today and as often with soups the flavors were even better the next day. Thanks
I always check out Food Wishes

  6. It is 94 degrees F here in Louisiana. Not your typical soup weather. But inside my house? Nice and comfy 72! Ham is already defrosting, and will make this for supper. Thank you!!!

  7. No offence it looks nice but what are people eating!!!
Whats wrong with an old fashioned ham sandwich!
Only takes a second to make!

  8. 0:26 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣 this man is a comedy genius and I'm sad that I don't know the man.
this is the @ThisOldTony of cooking

  9. I use to add flour and then I stopped because the soup always thickens up enough and you don't really need to worry about all of that skin that will develop if you leave it siting for more than a few min.
