Greek sauce:
Olive oil: 1/2 cup
Lemon juice: 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Vinegar: 2 Tbsp
Garlic paste: 1tsp
Mustard paste: 1 Tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Dried Oregano: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Mix well and set aside
Veggies:
Cucumber: 1/2 cup ( cut in cubes)
Iceberg: 1/2 cup ( cut into cubes)
Tomatoes: 1/4 cup ( cut in cubes)
Onion: 1 small
Red Kidney beans: 1/2 cup ( boiled)
Capsicum: 1/4 cup(cut in cubes)
Black Olives: 2-3 Tbsp
Now add Greek sauce to All veggies and mix well.
