What is this (pickled?) side dish or topping called? It’s my favorite accompaniment at my local place. (Sorry for potato quality)

    Why don’t you ask the place? When I had great chilli condiment at a local Vietnamese place they told me they made it themselves and gave me jar.

    Love braised burdock root! (우엉) at a Korean market they sell these in packages near kimbab material like pickled radish sticks
