Chicken Fried Rice – Chicken Curry

Fried Rice
Ingredients;-

Chicken- 100g
Eggs – 2 large
Ginger- 1 tsp chopped
Garlic- 1 tsp chopped
Carrot- 1 tsp chopped
Beans – 1 tsp chopped
Flavouring salt- pinch
White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Sugar – pinch
Boiled rice – 1 cup

Method :-

In a wok add 2 tsp oil, beaten eggs and scramble them. Now add ginger, garlic, carrot, beans and sauté it. Then add chicken pieces and stir fry it . Now add boiled rice, flavouring salt, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, sugar and toss it well.
Garnish with Spring Onion.

Chinese Style Chicken Curry

Ingredients;-

Chicken- 1 breast
Carrot – 1
Beans – 2
Baby corn- 2
Zucchini- 1/4
Yellow squash- 1/4
Ginger- 1 tsp
Garlic- 1 tsp
Chilli sauce- 1 tb spn
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Flavouring salt – Pinch
White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Sugar – Pinch
Corn starch- 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock- 1 cup

Method:-

In a wok heat oil, add ginger, garlic, carrot, beans, zucchini, yellow squash, baby corn and sauté it. Add chicken pieces and stir fry it for 3 minutes. Then add chicken stock, vinegar, chilli sauce,flavouring salt, salt, sugar, white pepper powder and bring it to a boil. Now add water to corn starch and make a slurry and pour it into the wok and cook it till desired consistency and in the last garnish with spring onion.
