Elevated shrimp alfredo, veggie-packed, creamy, and oh so good.
Rough recipe below:
8 oz of your favorite pasta noodle, cooked al dente according to package instructions (I used thin linguine)
1/2 lb of medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed (season with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil)
12 oz fresh broccoli florets
1 6 oz bag of fresh spinach
1 small shallot, diced
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 1/2 of heavy cream
4 tbsp of butter (2 tbsp to saute shrimp, 2 tbsp to saute shallots)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes
1 cup of parmesan cheese, plus more to serve
1/4 of the package of Boursin shallot and chive
Fresh chopped parsley to serve
