Looks delicious! I just froze about a gallon of turkey broth and dripping from a ham, about a half gallons worth, would those work too? I am curious It looks like you use white onions, I usually use the yellow ones is there a difference? Do they cook different because my onions and mushroom comes out hmm more watery It seems.
