



Cooked on a Treager overnight at 225 until internal temp of 165. Then wrapped and finished in the oven at 275 until 205 internal. Rested for 1.5 hours. Took 13 hours total. Served with Hawaiian rolls, coleslaw, onion rings and a pineapple/chipotle BBQ sauce.
