I get the hype. I very rarely follow recipes exactly but I did this time to validate the claims that this is the best soup ever. Even measured the spinach and nicely asked (made) my husband run out for tomato paste.
10 out of 10 my kids even ate it.

Try it with Italian sausage next time, it’s even better.
So, yeah, is quite good, but I don’t think it needs slow cooked. This is really easy to make on the stove top and it will turn out about the same, with less risk of overcooking the torts
I made it for the first time on Saturday and it was the bomb. even had some leftovers a few minutes ago
