My daughter was like this under two years old, she would eat whatever I gave her. No reaction to spice whatsoever. Gave her curries “Thai Hot” and such. Then she wouldn’t touch spicy food again until like 3rd or 4th grade. Now, as a teen, she will rock a Shin red/black after school, eats straight up chiles when we go for Sichuan food that the waitstaff warns her about, and puts ungodly amounts of sambal and jalapeños in pho. Iron stomach. I’m a little jealous, actually.
