Los compadres in Saltillo coahulia had this amazing orange salsa, I thought habanero but next to no spice, really great flavor. I’m a gringo so def no habaneros we’re in it or I’d know 😂 best guess how to make it?

  1. I’d say dry Chile de Arbol de-seeded and de-veined to avoid too much spicy. Along with some oil and maybe some orange chile manzana which is not too spicy.
