    1.5 litre slow cooker / Recipe :

    2 cups water + 2tsp pink himalayan salt

    125g pasta slow cooked 45 minutes on high

    Removed, drained, and left in container

    125g orange Kumara (sweet potato)

    150g Courgette

    3 clove crushed garlic

    275g mince beef

    9tb heaped tarragon + 2tb basil, 7 grinds of peppercorn

    8tb canola oil

    2 cups water + stir

    High for 60 minutes

    Sweet chilli sauce + caesar dressing

    How does it pair with beef though? I’ve really only heard of tarragon for stuff like fish, pork, and chicken.
