Out and about for business in SoCal and ran across this!! Can’t wait to make a grilled cheese with it!
Ate one whole slice plain. Definitely on the tongue reaper heat that takes a min to build. Almost like the other peppers start in and then the reaper joins the party at the end. I’d only give it a 5-6/10 on the spiciness but very flavorful. Nice and reapered and the jack is just melt in your mouth perfection. Wish it had more reaper but hotter than any cheese I’ve had. Stayed on the tongue for a good 10ish mins.
Can’t wait to make a spicy Italian sub for lunch tomorrow!
