waiting for the dough felt like it took forever but this method was a success! the recipe was super easy and i managed to get a crust that has air bubbles
recipe (if anyone wants it)
***makes two medium pizzas
2 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp yeast
1 cup warm water
(knead)
drizzle of olive oil
(knead)
cover with plastic wrap. leave at room temp for 12hrs. after 12hrs separate the dough in half to create dough balls and let it proof for 4hrs then it’s ready to use in a 475F oven for 10-12 mins

You got the dough! The shaping will come with experience and toppings are hard to mess anyways. Have fun!!
