Picture is a bit of a mess, but this was probably one of my favorite fried rice dishes we made. The sweetness from the kecap Manis (like a sweet soy sauce) and tons of umami from the tiniest amount of shrimp paste was delicious. We used tiny scallops instead of shrimp or chicken since we had some frozen leftover. The veggies were a nice balance as well. 9/10 would make it again
