The fresh vegetable contains mineral salts of potassium, calcium and phosphorus – in the amount necessary to maintain the excellent condition of the body. Surprisingly, zucchini contains much more carotene than carrots, and more vitamins A and C than pumpkin.

Red onions contain almost twice as many natural antioxidants as light varieties. Thanks to this, it has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, red onions prevent the development of diabetes, nervous diseases and slow down the aging process of cells.

Regular consumption of purified hemp seed restores the functioning of the digestive tract and normalizes the intestinal microflora.
