Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tbsp orange zest
1 cup chopped fresh cranberries (or frozen if you can’t find them)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  4. My local co-op grocery store has a box of random seasonal groceries. I got a box once that had cranberries. I made cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving, and then I had no clue what to do with the rest. The world needs more cranberry recipes. This looks so yummy!!

  5. Found this recently and did some quarantine baking. Really tasty, even with 2 year old frozen cranberries :), 50 percent whole wheat, and coconut milk…will definitely make again. Thank you!
