Crush a can of whole peeled tomatoes and salute that with some garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fig balsamic (secret ingredient)
Mix a pound of ground beef with half a cup or so of panko, couple tbs of fried onions (great way to use up thanksgiving leftover ingredients), salt, pepper, onion powder, and egg
I layered my chopped cabbage, meat, and sauce similar to a lasagna right in the crock pot. Added about 4oz of bone broth to allow the cabbage to get super soft. Cooked on low for 4 hours then put it on high for 4 hours, uncovered, to let it thicken up. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes

I make something similar to this but I also add eggplant, carrots and chayote and it’s delicious
