๐ŸŒธIngredients and Easy Steps:

๐Ÿ”ธ1 red onion
๐Ÿ”ธ2 med size carrots
๐Ÿ”ธ1 peeled and de seeded red bell pepper
๐Ÿ”ธ2 1/2 cups of organic cauliflower or broccoli – or any Eden beans 1 can
๐Ÿ”ธ 2 1/2 cups of filtered water
๐Ÿ”ธ1 cup of strained Italian tomato sauce
๐Ÿ”ธ1 1/2 cup of cooked millet pasta from @bgofood – it is about half pack of the capellini pack-you can use any shape of pasta.
๐Ÿ”ธ3/4 cup of organic cilantro or parsley

SEASONING:

๐Ÿ”ธ2 1/2 tsp of iodized sea salt
๐Ÿ”ธ1 tea spoon or turmeric
๐Ÿ”ธ2 tea spoon of black pepper
๐Ÿ”ธ2 tea spoon of red chili powder or more
๐Ÿ”ธ5 TBL spoon of olive oil

๐ŸŒธEasy step 1:

Combine in a pan. Chopped red onion, cut into cubes carrots and peeled and de seeded red bell pepper, add 2 1/2 cups of filtered water, cover pan with the lid and once it starts boiling boil for only 10 min

๐ŸŒธStep 2.
Cook millet pasta as it says on the packaging – and rinse in cold water to make it loose and put aside.

๐ŸŒธStep 3.
Chop cauliflower and cilantro.

๐ŸŒธStep4
In 10 minutes add into soup – cauliflower, cooked pasta, cilantro – then turn off the stove and start seasoning.
