  4. You are a life saver! i have tons of canned chicken i need to use. I also have canned beef and ground beef. Would love to see recipes with those.

  5. Dont want to forget to say this but did you blanch your peppers before you froze them. Its always good to pyt them in boilibg water for a few mins and then take them out ofbthe heat and put them in ICE water so they will quit cooking. Give that a try it may help. Great Recipes cant wait for the nuggets!😊

  6. These look good. I agree with your hubbie. I don't like cream cheese. I think I could've tasted that in there. I also don't like sour cream. I wish I knew what to switch them out with. It seems like all recipes call for one or the other.

  9. I don't know what I did different, but I only got 8 nuggets from one can of chicken , so I did two batches for my husband and I. Also, ( must be my air fryer) , but the bottoms were not done so I flipped them and put them in for another 5 minutes

    I picked up a prep for canned chicken from a demonstrator at Sam's Club. Her chicken for samples seemed to be very fine, so I asked her how she did that. I've always used a fork, but she said to use gloved hands and get in there and just start mashing with your fingers. It works great and the chicken is finely broken apart. So much time saved and great results.

    Thanks for your videos. I plan to watch them all!

  15. I have 2 questions. How do you guys eat the food SO hot and not burn your mouths all the time! And HOW in the world do you all stay so slim and eat all those carbs! Must be because you are young and can still eat and not gain. I'm 69 and if I look at carbs, I gain 5 pounds!! Darn it! Love your videos and smiles and recipes.

  17. We can ouur peppers. Cut peppers in half, put the pieces in a jar. Make a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. Bring that to a boil. Pour over your peppers, wipe the rim of the jar. Put the lid and band on and flip the jar upside down. Leave until cool. Your peppers will be 3% away from being crisp. Store on shelf until needed. Mix of vinegar and water will always need to be a 50/50 mix. And nothing less than 5 % acidity on your vinegar.
