‘Atomic Grape’ tomatoes – meh, I don’t recommend. They take FOREVER to ripen and their ripe color is so subtle, just a tiny bit of gold where it used to be green. It’s easy to miss them and you have to rotate them to church for that subtle color change. They split often and so most of the ripe ones I managed to find were already split.
I’m in 9b, these got full sun all day. Some I finally ripped up in November that had been in the vine since June and still weren’t ripe.

To add: this is the pile I pulled off my vines this week, nearly all still green. I washed, cut, and froze them, will add them to various things over winter.
It also seems like this variety has an equal amount of lovers and haters, judging by comments on my post in a local group. They do have lots of flavor if you can get them to ripen and not split. I find them more pretty than useful.
