I have been making pour overs for myself for years, but my go to in a cafe has always been a traditional machiatto. Once I felt like my pour overs skills had reached their peak, I decided it was time to try espresso at home. I’ve got my brew recipe and work flow down pat, but milk steaming sure is alot more to learn. Excited to keep on learning!

I got myself the gaggia as a black friday gift to myself, my fiance isn’t as much into coffee but loves her morning cup. So she got the smeg as an early Christmas gift today. Kinda ties the space together.

Not pictured, Stagg x and generic gooseneck kettle.
