Honey bean pasta

    Recipe (1.5 litre slow cooker) in under 60 minutes on high

    100g manuka honey

    3tb fenugreek soaked 4 hours & crushed

    6 cloves garlic crushed

    1 cup spiral pasta

    ½ can rinsed redbeans

    2 beef sausages grilled & diced

    50g salami chopped

    5tb sesame seeds, 4tb basil, 2tb rosemary, 1tb celery seeds, 1tbs tarragon, 5 grinds peppercorns, 2tsp pink himalayan salt, 6tb canola oil

    The above was cooked in 1½ cups of water

    Served with teriyaki sauce & blue vein cheese

    Side of snow pea shoot, caesar + scrambled egg
