Every day, having said that Cafiza itself with the backflushing keeps it very very clean. I’ve done tests of waiting a few days without removing it and I’ve never seen any difference, it’s always been very clean . But we do it daily just to be sure that no weird tastes get into the coffee. This is in a commercial setting.
