
Hi! I am attempting to make dwaeji gukbap today with this recipe I found on YouTube. I am confused about the steps after the 3rd boil. She boils the remaining pork bones for a 3rd time and then she boils the pork shoulder/picnic meat next. My question is does she boil the pork shoulder/picnic meat in a separate pot from the pot she is boiling the pork bones for a 3rd time? If so, should I add the broth extracted from the pork shoulder/picnic meat after boiling them for 2 hours with the rest of the broth extracted from the pork bones before serving? Thank you!

You can add the pork shoulder to the bone broth, and boil them together.
