Blue Plate Special: Smothered Chicken with Onion Gravy, plus Mashed Potatoes & Garlicky Green Beans


This was a most HEARTY meal! Since the recipe used only half the onion, I cut other half into wedges and roasted them with the beans. I think this is our first HF meal that I had to put away leftovers (mashed potatoes). Really tasty! We would both get this one again.
