I just got this box of Korean sweets from a customer my company works with and I think they’re delicious. My coworkers eat lots of candy and donuts so none of them really like the subtle sweetness of these so they told me to just take the whole box home. Im stoked to have them and the packaging is gorgeous, however, my girlfriend can’t have gluten and needs lactaid to eat dairy so I’m just trying to figure out what the ingredients are. If anyone could help me figure this out we would really appreciate it! The link should be to the exact box I have. Thank you all!

Mostly Rice. Rice doesn’t contain gluten.

Yakgwa (brown square shape) contains flour. So it may contain gluten.
The ingredient list confirms that some of the sweets do “contain wheat” (밀 함유), and adds that they were manufactured in a facility that deals with wheat.
I don’t advise her to eat it if they’re not wrapped individually or if you can’t ensure they haven’t been cross-contaminated.
It’s mostly rice or puffed rice and sugar. Should be at least dairy free.
