I finally found a local Chinese restaurant where the spicy logo on the menu actually lives up to expectations.
I ordered Szechuan pepper chicken at local Cantonese (metro Atlanta Georgia)restaurant that actually had me sweating a little with a runny nose. It’s nice to find a place that serves more than American spicy.

Where in Atlanta?? If youre near Buford Highway, I would suggest Chongqing hot pot for some spice! Love chinese food like this

My local Chinese place has dehydrated peppers like this. They are very tough to chew. Are you actually supposed to eat them or is my place doing it wrong?

I’ll eat a couple sometimes the texture is chewy and dry and hot but as the poster said above they’re maybe not meant for consumption!
