   I made some homemade mozzarella sticks by using a combination of egg roll wraps, egg, flour, mozzarella sticks and panko breading. Turned out great. The Egg roll wraps all the cheese to fully cook without having to pull them out so quick. Granted it takes a bit longer, but it will taste different in a good way.

    you should have popped them in the freezer after you put the breading on the cheese sticks. you could have had them in the oil a little longer and got that nice golden color without the cheese oozing out. great recipe though.
