There is a iraqi red lentil soup that is a really popular and easy breakfast so I think that lentil soup for breakfast is a great way to start the day
colorado vegans unite !
That's absolutely adorable when you were explaining when you lost power, playing video games and eating homemade food. This just shows that womderful food and company makes for an amazing night to remember ❤️
Everything looks amazing!!
So good to watch such a comforting video after a long work day. Stay warm and safe^^ Thank you for your content and have a wonderful holiday season <3
I used beyond sausage for my stuffing this year too and that was our favorite side!
Savory oatmeal is delicious! I season it the same way you would congee.
I really love all your videos! So well done!
How awesome. Vegan cooks rule.
Love your channel… thank you!
I love seeing you cook from scratch! I highly recommend Mary’s Test Kitchen video on dumplings. I used that recipe and it was very simple! Granted, my dumplings weren’t nearly as pretty as yours and Eric’s.
Thank you so much for watching this video! I really love seeing the response every time a new one comes out. 🥰
Also, how freaking cute is Mary?? We’ve known her for so long and our friends are so happy she made the video. 🥹
So many things to try in this video! Thank you 😀
Love your channel! It's my new favorite ❤ Your voice is super calming. I'm the same with seasonal depression 😕 The cold and getting dark at 430pm really messes me up.
wow so much food, everyting looks delicious!!!!
I'm like you, Sarah, when it comes to oatmeal. I don't like the sweet stuff and put vegan butter, salt and pepper like a baked potato in mine. I have also been known to put bagel seasoning and flax or chia in my oatmeal as well! As for the cornbread, I sometimes use creamed corn and cheese. That may help with the moisture? So thankful to have found your channel a while back as I have had to eat vegan because there are too many foods that do not agree with me. Stay safe and warm!
I’m impressed with how round your tortillas are! Mine are always so randomly shaped!
❤
Everything looks so cozy and delicious 😋
Oh wow these all look amazing! I’m gonna try some this week!
Yay I love when you upload a video!!
Missed you!
I want a restaurant of all of this
All of these dishes look amazing!!! But what am I going to try first??? The homemade tortillas….wowza.
Suggestion: skip the tortilla press and use a glass pie plate. I've discovered that the inexpensive tortilla presses just aren't worth it and the pie plate works great.
Wow! So many cool and yummy recipes! Thank you! I know what to make for dinner when my friends visit next weekend. 😍
I have been vegan 3 years. I cant believe potatoes and cashews make heavy cream!
Wow!! U r a true chef!! Those rolls look so perfect!!!
there's dim-sumthing wrong with mine
Have you tried grating your tofu for the gyoza?
lentil soup is a really common turkish breakfast 🙂
I would love to get the cornbread recipe. Thank you.
Hello Sarah, I love your videos. Re morning congee – have you tried adding Yondu to oats on the stove? You could add sliced vegetables (cabbage, mushrooms or sliced carrots into matchsticks) and tofu for something heartier, and top with fresh green onions or coriander if available. I usually cook the oats with water plain and add on top a drizzle of sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper (preferably white) and if you have some, vegan fish sauce or seasoning sauce (Maggi, Golden Mountain?). Have a lovely season ahead.
YUMMY!! ❤❤❤
❤
Hi Sarah. Every time I watch you, I'm impressed with not only your knife skills but also your overall cooking skills. You have wonderful recipes and deliver them in a calm, non frenetic way..unlike some other people I like to watch. However, I can only watch them for a short time because it's so chaotic. I can binge watch you..and I have..lol..many times.
I have to say, it looks like you prepared a whole Friendsgiving meal by yourself. It looks delicious.
Stroganoff. Yay! Thank you for this recipe. I can make this in Sri Lanka.❤
Thank you so much for sharing. I love your videos. 😊
It's 33 degrees where I am in Texas this morning (6:46am) and this is the perfect video to watch while staying cozy in my pajamas.
Great video with delicious recipes! I know your lentil soup was simple but I’d love the recipe for how you seasoned it! Checked your website and saw the spiced carrot version but would love a simple lentil soup recipe too! And I love the idea of soaking the lentils to make them easier on the tummy! Thank you 🙏🏻
These all look so good!!
I love your food. And you would love a press. There’s nothing better than fresh corn tortillas. I make my own chips with it too. Way better.
Thank you so much for this!
We have been making our own tortilla's for about 8 years – on the rare occasion we buy them from the supermarkets, they are so plasticky – so much more fun to make your own (and if it's anything like us, messier because they do occasionally fall apart lol)
I’m so glad you’re back!!! You guys have been missed. I hope the move went well.
Love your recipes and watching you cook.
Beth from Sarasota Florida
I love your videos Sarah. I’m not vegan but I learn so much watching you🥰
You don't need a tortilla press if you want to try the corn tortillas first. You just need a piece of plastic folded in half (I use large a plastic food bag), oil/non stick spray and something flat to squash them with (I use the lid of a pyrex dish). Spray the plastic, put a ball of tortilla dough on it, fold the plastic in half so the ball is sandwiched. Then squash the covered ball with the flat lid or pan
I just made lentil soup yesterday! thank you for giving me permission to eat it for breakfast….. I add italian style beyond sausage to mine too and it's super good. I love your videos so much♥
Have you tried savory oatmeal? Could be worth a try for a non-sweet oats based breakfast 🙂
