
I made steamed eggs tonight and they were delicious! I mistakenly followed a recipe for Chinese silken eggs instead of Korean (I didn’t realize they were two different methods) and they turned out silky smooth, almost like a custard. That got me wondering if there’s a sweet/dessert version of Korean steamed eggs? I’m just getting into Korean cooking so I’m not super familiar with flavors and ingredients, especially sweet ones, but this recipe was super easy and fast and I’d love to try a dessert version, if anyone knows one.
