First attempt at makin homemade eomuk, as the few kmarts of my country are at 120 km round trip.

I have adapted a couple of online recipes to the ingredients I have easy access to: brotola (brown codling), precooked shrimps and calamari. With egg whites, corn starch, salt and pepper.

The taste is great, but I need a stronger mixer, some smaller silicone mats and different sizes of spatulas for the next time.
