Homemade sugar free bbq chicken seasoned with all the non sodium seasonings and cooked with zero oil, on a carb counter wrap, with marinara, mozzarella, jalapenos, onion, and tomato. 500 calories for the whole thing! Super filling, 60 grams of protein, 22 grams of fiber, and 23 grams of net carbs. It’s a little high in sodium at 1700 mg due to the wrap, sauce, and pickled jalapeños. But it was delicious!
