Hello Family, Lets make a delicious roast together.
Ingredients:
Full chicken
1 Lemon to place inside the chicken
1 lemon to drizzle the chicken
1 Tbsp chicken rub
1 tbsp of southern grill spice/six gun/all purpose spice
1 tbs italian herbs
1 tsbp paprika
1 tbsp harissa blend spice
salt & black pepper for taste
Notes:
Season chicken with salt inside and outside
Bake chicken for about 2 hours keep basting (180/170 DEGREES OVEN)
TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
Pour the chicken juices into a sauce pan
add 1tsp of chicken stew sauce or chicken gravy or corn starch and mix with 1/2 cup of water
mix well and stir well.
cook on medium heatuntil the sauce is reduced.
Pour over your chicken and vegetables.
Enjoy!!
