A fried egg is a cooked dish made from one or more eggs which are removed from their shells and placed into a frying pan and fried with minimal accompaniment. Fried eggs are traditionally eaten for breakfast in many countries but may also be served at other times of the day.

How to Fry the Perfect Egg

Sunny side up: The egg is fried with the yolk up and is not flipped.

Over easy: The egg is flipped and the yolk is still runny.

Over medium: The egg is flipped and the yolk is only slightly runny.

Over well: The egg is flipped and the yolk is cooked hard.

  1. i like over easy because if you have toast with it you can dip the toast in the yolk and its gonna act as a sponge. so when you eat the toast its packed full of delicious yolk

  2. I knew I was doing overhard right a lady comes everyday asking for overhard but wants the yolk broken and mixed ๐Ÿ˜

  3. I Like the raw yolk bc it gives the cream texture when mixing it with rice or sometimes I deep my foods on to the yolk like a sauce
