2021 Meiomi Pinot Noir

👁it has a nice inviting dark red (closer to dark violet). It doesn’t have many legs. It looks very young.
👃alcohol level is noticeable on the nose despite the low count of legs. It smells like a very nice ripe plum during drying process. Also has hints of saltwater and some earthiness that I cannot put my finger on with the smell
👅let it rest for 10 minutes before the first taste… It is sweet with a little tannins. Finish is long lasting on top of the tongue but not in the cheeks. Creates just a little dryness in the mouth but medium body of it creates balance. Very low acidity. Some tartness with some fruitiness but nothing dominant. I cannot tell the difference of any flavor. It tastes very bland. Maybe a little hibiscus but again so insignificant.
