It seems this is a common dish for slow cooking. Do you have a favorite recipe you like to use? Authentic, inauthentic, it makes no difference to me. I’m interested in what you’ve tried that tasted good to you. Im planning to make a huge amount and freeze meal sized portions for later, so freezer friendly recipes would be much appreciated.
I was thinking of trying the recipe I linked. I have no idea how authentic it actually is, but it looks delicious.
