No wok🤬
Thank you so much
What kind of wok is that? Too shallow. Please tell me it's not one of those non-stick monstrosities.
7-10 minutes is forever. It shouldn''t take that long to fry, unless your 'wok' is not hot enough.
Frozen mixed vegetables is NOT traditional; they are impossible to buy in China! Nor is vegetable oil often used. Use peanut or soy bean oil.
In China, we may or may not add soy sauce, but never dark soy sauce.
Agave is NEVER used. It is Mexican; not traditional Chinese! I can't even buy it here in China.
Beansprouts are not traditional either.
No garlic; no ginger?
Serve that in China and you'll be deported. It is nothing like traditional Chinese fried rice.
What kind of dark soy sauce is that?
What oil are you using
Did you cook the bean sprouts before putting them in the pan with the rice and vegetables? Thank you for sharing your delicious-looking recipe!
I made this years ago, watching this video and now I'm back with an attempt with cauliflower 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I love beansprouts on my fried rice!!! It's a MUST!
No onions and garlic?
Can someone tell me what did she say about the bean sprouts? I only got the word “water”, she gave some instructions but I can’t understand what she said about them.
Thanks.
