I’ve made a few of these Mediterranean style, vegan garbanzo bean style recipes, but this one was by far my favorite. We added grilled chicken, but I don’t think it was necessary.

This one was good, but I had some of the chick peas “pop” off of the pan when I pulled them out of the oven, it scared me lol!
