Pizzadilla!

Pizza is my favorite thing. I really feel like I could eat it every day. So, I’ve come up with a few ways to get creative with pizza and make it fit within my calorie budget.

The pizzadilla (not a real word) is one of my go-to lunches when I’m at home. Comes in around 450 calories, which is a normal amount for me. Added an apple and some grapes today, also a daily thing for me.

Two mission carb balance tortillas
Laughing cow wedge (I like the garlic herb)
Hormel turkey pepperoni
Sautéed onions, pepper, garlic
Fat free mozzarella
Classico fire roasted pizza sauce (I’ve seen posts here that some of you just use tomato sauce…do your taste buds work?!)

I burned 400 calories in my workout this morning and this is the first thing I’ve eaten today…so I added some leftover Italian seasoned cooked ground turkey breast.
