1.1 pound/500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp each: salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, turmeric
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup/120 ml low sodium chicken broth
4 tbsp mild rose harissa, more or less to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
